At Swisara, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy explains the process for cancellations and refunds.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or broken.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Cancellation before dispatch.
- Refund Process
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and unboxing photos/video as proof.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Earrings, studs, or any jewelry that comes in direct contact with skin are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged/defective on arrival.
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Return Procedure
- In case of an approved return, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available) or provide the return address.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Delay in Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your payment provider.
