Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Swisara, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy explains the process for cancellations and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@swisara.in or call +91-9870103797.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • Item received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Cancellation before dispatch.
  1. Refund Process
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and unboxing photos/video as proof.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
  • Earrings, studs, or any jewelry that comes in direct contact with skin are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged/defective on arrival.
  • Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.
  1. Return Procedure
  • In case of an approved return, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available) or provide the return address.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  1. Delay in Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your payment provider.
