  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all orders across India.
  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  1. Delivery Timelines
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Other locations: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote areas: May take up to 10 days, depending on courier availability.
  1. Courier Partners
    We partner with reputed courier companies for safe and timely delivery.
  2. Tracking
    Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.
  3. Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed deliveries.
  4. Failed Deliveries
    If the courier is unable to deliver after 2 attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping may incur additional charges.
  5. International Shipping
    Currently, we only ship within India.
  6. Damaged/Wrong Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
